Boeing Defence Australia

Building the future of defence together

Since 1927, Boeing and its heritage companies have been part of the fabric of Australia’s aerospace industry. Today, Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is integral to regional and global defence programs, working alongside customers to develop best-for-capability defence solutions.

Our 27 contracts spanning air, land, sea and space domains are supported at sites across Australia and New Zealand, including RAAF Base Amberley in Queensland; RAAF Base Williamtown and HMAS Albatross in New South Wales; RAAF Base Edinburgh in South Australia; and Royal New Zealand Air Force Base in Ohakea.

The dedication, determination and performance of our people, in partnership with our extensive Australian industry supply chain, has firmly established BDA as the partner of choice for some of Defence’s most challenging and complex sustainment and development programs.

As one of The Boeing Company’s largest footprints outside of the United States, BDA also taps into the resources, skills and experience of the world’s largest aerospace company to further build Australian sovereign capability.
